健康宣教和心理干预对剖宫产患者康复及护理满意度的影响

Effect of Health Education and Psychological Intervention on Rehabilitation and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients With Cesarean Section

目的研究心理干预与健康宣教对剖宫产患者的康复状况与护理满意度的影响。方法从本院选取108例剖宫产患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组54例,对照组的患者采取常规护理,而治疗组则采用健康宣教与心理干预的方法,护理一段时间后分析两组的临床指标,以观察这两种方法对剖宫产患者的康复情况与护理满意度影响。结果治疗组患者减少了术前的心理紧张,下床活动与拔尿管后的排尿时间都有提前,并且母乳喂养的成功率与护理满意度均提升(P<0.05)。结论心理干预与健康宣教可帮助剖宫产患者减轻心理压力,并促进术后的康复,提升了护理工作的满意度。

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention and health education on the rehabilitation of patients with cesarean section and nursing satisfaction. Methods 108 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 54 cases in each group, the control group were treated with routine nursing, while the treatment group was treated with health education and psychological intervention, the clinical indicators of two groups were analyzed. Results The patients in the treatment group were reduced by preoperative psychological stress, the bed activity and the time of urination after extubation were all in advance, and the success rate of breast feeding and nursing satisfaction were significantly improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention and health education can help patients with cesarean section to reduce the psychological pressure, and promote postoperative rehabilitation, improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
