手术治疗肠梗阻的围手术期护理方法

Perioperative Nursing Method for Surgical Treatment of Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨分析肠梗阻手术治疗患者的围手术期护理方式。方法根据2013年6月～2015年2月我院的108例肠梗阻手术患者进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和试验组,均有54例,对照组患者使用常规护理,试验组使用围手术期综合护理,对比分析两组患者的临床护理情况。结果试验组干预后的负性情绪阳性率和并发症出现比例均低于对照组,其对手术专项护理服务的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对肠梗阻手术治疗患者使用围手术期护理,能够避免患者在治疗过程中出现负面情绪,降低并发症几率,提升手术护理效果和患者的满意度,能够降低患者的并发症,临床中获得了非常高的满意度,临床效果突出。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing surgical treatment for intestinal obstruction. Methods 108 cases of intestinal obstruction surgery patients to study and analysis from June 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital, these patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 54 cases in each group, the control group were treated with routine nursing, the experimental group used in perioperative comprehensive nursing, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical nursing. Results The positive rate and complications of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction of the special nursing service was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of perioperative care in patients with intestinal obstruction, can avoid the negative emotions in the treatment of patients, reduce the risk of complications, improve the effect of surgical care and patient satisfaction, can reduce the complications, clinical results have been obtained very high degree of satisfaction, clinical effect is outstanding.
