摘要
合成出了两个系列嵌段聚醚酯热塑性弹性体 4GP-PTMO、2 GT-PTMO。应用 Instron毛细管流变仪研究了它们的流变性能 ,结果表明 ,2 GT-PTMO聚合物的表观粘度随温度的改变而变化的幅度大于 4GT-PTMO聚合物。结合纺丝试验 ,确定了适合作为弹性纤维原料的聚醚酯的最佳组成为 4GT-PTMO。研究了纤维的力学性能 ,弹性回复 ,发现聚合物的组成、PTMO相对分子质量、纺丝速度。
Two kinds of segmented polyether ester thermoplastic elastomers, 4GP\|PTMO and 2GT\|PTMO, were synthesized. Their rheological properties were studied with rheometer. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of 2GT\|PTMO varied much more considerably than that of 4GT\|PTMO with temperature. 4GT\|PTMO was decided as the optimal composition of the raw material for elastic fiber.The mechanical properties and the elastic resilience of the resulted fiber were studied. The elastic resilience was found to be affected by the composition of the polymers,PTMO relative molecular weight, spinning rate, fiber denier,etc.
