本文试图用某案例的发现到基本治愈的真实经历,证实"良好和谐的医患关系对于患者的病情稳定和好转乃至治愈有着密切的相关性"的论断。关于和谐医患关系的具体构建,本文认为分为信任关系的初创阶段——从克服患者的焦虑、怀疑情绪入手,构建患者对医生初步的信任关系;信任关系的形成阶段——从帮助患者树立战胜疾病的信心入手,构建患者对医生的成熟信任关系;信任关系的稳固阶段——从鼓励患者增强自身免疫力的理念入手,构建患者对医生的密切信任关系。本文通过对和谐医患关系与医疗疗效相关性的机理分析,认为具有价值一致性机理、信息互通性机理和情感互染性机理。

This article aimed to use the real experience from the discovery of a case to the clinical cure to confirm the thesis that good harmonious doctor-patient relationship has the close correlation with the patients＇ condition from stable, improvement to cure. About specifically establishing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, the process was divided into three steps. The first is the beginning of trust relationship, overcoming anxiety and doubts of the patient and building the patient＇s initial trust relationship to the doctor. The second is the formation of trust relationship, helping patients establishing the confidence of conquer disease and building patient to the doctor＇s mature trust relationships. The last is the solid phase of trust relationship, encouraging patients to enhance their own immunity and building the patient＇s trust relationship to the doctor closely. In this article, from the correlation analysis between the harmonious doctor-patient relationships with therapeutic effect, the mechanism includes value consistency mechanism, information interoperability mechanism and emotion and dyeing mechanism.
