乳腺癌患者辅助内分泌治疗依从性研究现状

The Status of Endocrine Therapy Compliance on Breast Cancer patients

在日常临床实践中,乳腺癌患者的辅助内分泌治疗依从性并不理想,增加了复发转移和死亡风险。我国对依从性不良问题关注不够,相关的研究报告较少,且多为单中心、小样本研究,随访时间短,未见设计严谨的多中心、大样本研究报告。目前中国的乳腺癌患者辅助内分泌治疗依从性状况、影响因素、干预措施等诸多问题仍有待相关研究人员进一步研究。

In daily clinical practice, the compliance of adjuvant endocrine therapy on breast cancer patients is unsatisfactory, which increases the risk of metastasis, recurrence and death. In our country, the problem of poor compliance had not been paid enough attention to, so the related studies are few, and most of them are single center, small samples and short follow-up studies, the rigorous study of multicenter and large sample was not reported. Further research on endocrine therapy of breast cancer patients in our country such as the compliance status, influencing factors, intervention measures and so on is still needed.
