摘要
本研究对上海市10家三甲医院内300名中级以上临床医师和100名人事、医务管理人员进行问卷调查,并分别召开医院人事、医务及行业管理者和专家学者专题座谈会,调查研究不同年龄、学历、职称、专业的医师对多点执业基础政策的认识及对执业方式、执业地点、执业时间、执业管理形式的意见取向,同时从医院管理层角度探究多点执业开展后公立医院原有管理体系与多点执业工作执行中存在的各类问题,从而探讨此项工作开展前景、可能产生的社会效应及亟需纳入管理工作的应对措施。
A questionnaire survey concerning about multi-site practice was taken. 300 clinicians and tO0 hospital managers were included. The experts involved human resources and medical administration discussed this event in conference. Clinicians of different age, profession, academic background and post expressed their opinion about the number of practice sites, the time of working, the way of manage and the remuneration. Multiple site practice will be a great challenge to the present mode of public-hospital manage, the possible social effects and the probable measures were discussed.
