马来酸桂哌齐特联合疏血通治疗缺血性眩晕的疗效观察

Observation of the effect of cinepazide maleate combined with Shuxuetong in the treatment of ischemic vertigo

目的：探讨马来酸桂哌齐特联合疏血通治疗缺血性眩晕的疗效。方法181例缺血性眩晕患者被采用数字表法随机分为观察组98例和对照组83例，观察组采用马来酸桂哌齐特联合疏血通治疗，对照组仅采用马来酸桂哌齐特治疗。分别在治疗前和治疗1个疗程之后观察两组的椎动脉、基底动脉的血液流速；在治疗1个疗程之后评价两组的治疗效果。结果两组治疗后的右椎动脉、左椎动脉、基底动脉的收缩期峰流速和舒张末期流速均高于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（t ＝11．215、12．510、6．030、6．814、7．052、7．730、19．884、17．774、10．954、19．320、19．483、19．198，均 P ＜0．05）；观察组治疗后的右椎动脉、左椎动脉、基底动脉的收缩期峰流速和舒张末期流速均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（t ＝5．577、6．404、3．601、10．028、10．194、8．165，均 P ＜0．05）。观察组总有效率为90．8％（89／98），高于对照组的73．5％（61／83），差异有统计学意义（χ2＝9．500，P ＜0．05）。观察组药物不良反应发生率为6．1％（6／98），对照组为7．2％（6／83），差异无统计学意义（χ2＝0．089，P ＞0．05）。结论在治疗缺血性眩晕中，马来酸桂哌齐特联合疏血通具有更好的疗效，药物不良反应发生率较低。

Objective To learn the effect of cinepazide maleate combined with Shuxuetong in the treatment of ischemic vertigo.Methods 1 81 cases with ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into the observation group （98 cases）and the control group（83 cases）by random number table method.The observation group was treated with cinepazide maleate combined with Shuxuetong,and the control group was treated with cinepazide maleate.The blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery of the two groups were measured before and after a period of treat-ment.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after one course.Results The peak systolic velocity and end diastolic velocity of right vertebral artery,left vertebral artery and basilar artery of the two groups were higher than before treat-ment,the differences were statistically significant（t =1 1 .21 5,1 2.51 0,6.030,6.81 4,7.052,7.730,1 9.884,1 7.774, 1 0.954,1 9.320,1 9.483,1 9.1 98,all P 〈0.05）.The peak systolic velocity and end diastolic velocity of right verte-bral artery,left vertebral artery and basilar artery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（t =5.577,6.404,3.601 ,1 0.028,1 0.1 94,8.1 65,all P 〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observa-tion group was 90.7%（78 /86）,which was higher than 73.5%（61 /83）of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2 =9.500,P 〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction of observation group was 6.1 %（6 /98）,that of control group was 7.2%（6 /83）,the difference was not statistically significant（χ2 =0.089,P 〉0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of ischemic vertigo,cinepazide maleate combined with Shuxuetong has better curative effect and low incidence rate of drug adverse reaction.
