高校教职工代谢综合征与生活方式的logistic回归分析 被引量:2

Logistic regression analysis on metabolic syndrome and lifestyle among university staff

摘要 目的为了研究高校教职工的代谢综合征与生活方式的关系。方法采用实验法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对宝鸡文理学院879名教职工的代谢综合征与生活方式的关系进行研究。结果①不同性别、年龄段和岗位在生活方式方面的总分差异无统计学意义,不同性别和年龄段,在生活细节、特殊爱好和体育锻炼方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各岗位在生活细节、特殊爱好、体育锻炼和主观感受得分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),②男性教职工代谢综合征人数比例最高,为16.9%;60岁以上比例最高,占22.7%;工人比例最高,为18.6%;③代谢综合征与生活方式可建立的回归模型为:代谢综合征=1.593-0.039×生活细节-0.029×特殊爱好+0.023×体育锻炼。结论高校教职工不同性别、年龄段和岗位代谢综合征的人数比例不同,代谢综合征与生活细节、特殊爱好和体育锻炼有相关性。 [Objective]To study the relationship between metabolic syndrome and lifestyle of university staff.[Methods]The relationship between metabolic syndrome and lifestyle of 879 staff in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences were investigated by experimental method,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.[Results]①The differences of lifestyle total scores in different gender,age and post staff were not statistically significant.The differences of life detail,special hobbies and physical exercise in different gender and age staff were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The differences of life detail,special hobbies,physical exercise and subject feeling in different posts were statistically significant(all P〈0.05).②The proportions of male with metabolic syndrome,above 60 years old and workers were highest,which were 16.9%,22.7%and 18.6%respectively.③The regression model of metabolic syndrome and lifestyle was " metabolic syndrome =1.593-0.039 ×life details-0.029 ×special hobby+0.023 ×exercise".[Conclusion]The proportions of metabolic syndrome of university staff in different gender,age and post are different.The metabolic syndrome is correlated with life details,special hobbies and physical exercise.
