2014年菏泽市百日咳病例监测结果分析

Results analysis on surveillance of pertussis in Heze City in 2014

目的对菏泽市2014年百日咳病例监测情况进行分析,初步评价该市百日咳诊治和防控工作进展,为百日咳诊治和防控工作提供科学依据。方法根据菏泽市百日咳法定传染病网络报告系统资料、流行病学个案调查资料和实验室诊断资料进行分析。结果菏泽市2014年共报告百日咳诊断病例75例,发病率为0.6806/10万。无死亡病例。75例百日咳病例分布在该市的8县区的50个乡镇的69个行政村(社区),呈相对集中又高度散发状态。病例调查率为100.00%。血清标本采集率为28.00%,血清中百日咳毒素(PT)IgM阳性率为100.00%,病例实验室确诊率为28.00%。结论菏泽市2014年百日咳诊治和防控工作取得了一些进展,但仍有不少不足之处。建议仍应加强百日咳监测和百白破疫苗接种工作,百日咳诊治和防控工作仍需努力。

[Objective]To analyze the surveillance situation of pertussis in Heze City in 2014,evaluate the progress of pertussis treatment and control,and provide the scientific basis for treatment and control of pertussis.[Methods]The date of pertussis cases from notifiable infectious disease network reporting system,epidemiological investigation and laboratory diagnosis were analyzed.[Results]Totally 75 pertussis cases were reported in Heze City in 2014,with the incidence rate of 0.680 6/lakh.There was no death case.75 pertussis cases distributed in 69 administrative villages of 50 towns of 8 counties in Heze City,which was the relatively concentrated and highly distributed state.The case investigation rate was 100.00%.The collection rate of serum samples was 28.00%,the positive rate of serum pertussis toxin（PT） IgM was100.00%,and laboratory diagnosis rate was 28.00%.[Conclusion]The treatment and control of pertussis have made some progress in Heze City in 2014,but there are still many shortcomings.It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of pertussis and DPT vaccination,and improve the treatment and control of pertussis.
