眉山地区正常胎儿超声测量NT厚度正常参考值的建立

Establishment of normal reference value of fetal NT thickness by ultrasonography in Meishan area

目的建立眉山市及周边地区孕11~13周^(+6)正常单胎胎儿颈项透明层(Nuchal Translucency,NT)厚度的超声测量的正常参考值。方法连续性选择2013年1月-2015年5月在四川省眉山市人民医院行产前超声检查的孕11~13周^(+6)正常单胎孕妇作为研究对象,参照英国胎儿医学基金会的关于胎儿NT厚度的测量标准,对胎儿进行超声NT厚度测量,计算正常参考值。结果该研究共纳入符合条件的正常单胎胎儿1015例;其中男胎528例(52.1%),女胎487例(47.9%);孕妇年龄(28.0±7.0)岁。采用正态分布法(x±1.96 s)计算胎儿NT厚度正常值为:NT=(1.74±0.60)mm,95%参考值范围为:0.564~2.916 mm。NT厚度在不同性别胎儿之间存在差异(t=3.761,P<0.01),不同孕妇年龄的胎NT厚度平均水平之间差异有统计学意义(F=5.381,P<0.05),两两比较发现,≥35岁年龄孕妇胎儿NT厚度大于其他年龄段(与其他各年龄段相比,均P<0.05)。结论该研究初步建立了眉山地区妊娠早期(孕11~13周^(+6))正常单胎胎儿的NT厚度参考值范围。

[Objective]To establish the normal reference value of fetal nuchal translucency（NT） thickness for pregnant women at11-13-（＋6） weeks by ultrasonography in Meishan City and surrounding areas.[Methods]The pregnant women at 11-13-（＋6） weeks,who received prenatal ultrasound examination in People＇s Hospital of Meishan City from January 2013 to May 2015,were enrolled in this study.The fetal NT thickness was measured according to the guidelines from British Fetal Medicine Foundation,to establish the normal reference value.[Results]Totally 1015 single fetuses were measured,including 528（52.1%） male fetuses and 487（47.9%） female fetuses,and the average age of pregnant women was（28.0±7.0） years old.The normal distribution method（x±1.96 s） was used to calculate the normal reference value of fetal NT thickness;NT=（1.74±0.60） mm,and reference ranges was 0.564-2.916 mm.There was statistically significant difference in fetal NT thickness between different gender groups（t=3.761,p0.01）.There was statistically significant difference in fetal NT thickness among different maternal age groups（F=5.381,P〈0.05）.The fetal NT thickness in maternal age group of more than 35 years old was significantly higher than that of other maternal age groups（compared with all other age groups,P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]This study initially establishes the normal reference value of fetal NT thickness for pregnant women pregnancy at 11-13-（＋6） weeks（early pregnancy） in Meishan area.
