牙线和间隙刷对慢性牙周炎患者种植体周围健康状况的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨慢性牙周炎种植修复后患者使用牙线或问隙刷两种护理方法对种植体周围健康状况的影响。方法选择在吉林大学口腔医院种植科要求种植修复的慢性牙周炎患者60例,采取双盲法,利用SPSS产生随机数字并进行随机设计后分为3组,每组20例,对照组采用常规护理,刷牙方法采用巴氏(BASS)法;牙线组在常规护理的基础上,刷牙方法采用BASS法合并使用牙线;间隙刷组在常规护理的基础上,刷牙方法采用BASS法合并使用间隙刷,观察3组患者的种植体周围改良菌斑指数、改良龈沟出血指数、探诊深度、边缘牙槽骨吸收各指标的差异,比较干预效果。结果术后12个月,对照组、牙线组、问隙刷组患者改良龈沟出血指数(mSBI)分别为(1.26±0.13),(0.97±0.09),(0.99±0.08),3组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);3组探诊深度(PD)分别为(3.27±0.32),(2.63±0.30),(2.70±0.26)mm,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);3组改良菌斑指数(mPLI)分别为(1.17±0.13),(0.96±O.07),(0.95±0.12),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);3组远中骨吸收(MBL)分别为(0.29±0.12),(0.19±0.11),(0.21±0.07)mm,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。牙线组与间隙刷组各指标两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论牙线和间隙刷作为刷牙的辅助工具,远期效果均比仅用牙刷能有效改善种植体周围组织的健康状况;牙线与间隙刷各有特点,应根据患者具体情况进行选择。
