Quantitative analysis of 3-hydroxyproprionaldehyde

利用色红、色质方法对 3 -羟基丙醛 (3 -HPA)进行了结构分析 ,在确定 3 -H PA的结构后 ,在色谱上先测出 1,3 -丙二醇 (1,3 -PDO)的工作曲线 ,再利用 3 -HPA和 1,3 -PDO含量的对应关系 ,推出 3 -HPA的工作曲线。在各自的浓度范围内 ,色谱测定值与试样浓度之间呈现良好的线性关系。应用结果表明 ,该方法具有快速、可靠及准确的特点 ,可以满足丙烯醛法制 1,3

The structure determination of 3\|hydroxypropionaldehyde (HPA) was identified by GC\|IR and GC\|MS. The calibration curve of 1,3\|propanedio (PDO) was established after the structure determination of 3\|HPA, thus the curve for 3\|HPA was in fern deduced from the corresponding relationship of concentration between 3\|HPA and 1,3\|PDO. The analysis data showed a good linear relationship with the concentration at their respective concentration ranges. The results showed that it is a new, quick and accurate method for quantitative analysis of 1,3\|PDO.
