关节镜辅助技术与传统切开复位在Pilon骨折中的应用效果比较

Comparison on the effect of arthroscopic assisted technique and traditional open reduction in Pilon fracture

目的比较关节镜辅助技术与传统切开复位在Pilon骨折中的应用效果。方法将80例Pilon骨折患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组给予传统切开复位内固定术治疗,治疗组给予关节镜辅助切开复位内固定术治疗。比较两组患者临床效果、术后并发症及骨折愈合时间。结果治疗组优良率为87.50%,高于对照组的67.50%(P<0.05);治疗组切口长度、骨折愈合时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术后并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的27.50%(P<0.05)。结论关节镜辅助下行切开复位内固定术提高了Pilon骨折临床疗效,减少了术后并发症,缩短了骨折愈合时间,值得临床重视。

Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic assisted technique and traditional open reduction in Pilon fracture. Methods 80 patients with Pilon fracture were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 40） and control group（ n = 40）,the control group received traditional open reduction and internal fixation,and the treatment group was treated with arthroscopic assisted open reduction and internal fixation. The clinical effect,complications and fracture healing time of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate was 87. 50% in the treatment group and 67. 50% in the control group,the difference between the two group was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incision length and fracture healing time of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The postoperative complication rate was 10% in the treatment group and 27. 50% in the control group,the difference between the two group was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions Arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation has improved the clinical curative effect of Pilon fracture,and decreased the postoperative complications,shorten the healing time of fracture,it is worthy of clinical attention.
