肥胖患者超声引导法与传统盲法桡动脉穿刺置管成功率的比较
摘要
为加强肥胖患者麻醉管理,围手术期行有创动脉压监测显得尤为重要。但是,传统盲法桡动脉穿刺置管往往不易成功,失败率较高。本研究旨在比较超声引导法与传统盲法对肥胖患者桡动脉穿刺置管成功率。一、资料与方法1.一般资料：本研究经医院伦理委员会批准,并签署患者知情同意书。
