复方浙贝颗粒辅助化疗对难治性急性白血病患者疗效的临床研究

Clinical curative effect research on compound zhebei granule adjuvant chemotherapy in refractory acute leukemia

目的为了进一步提高难治性急性白血病患者的临床治疗效果,对比和分析在常规化疗基础上加以复方浙贝颗粒的价值。方法按照随机数字表的方法选取106例于2012年1月至2015年1月来我院治疗的难治性急性白血病患者作为研究对象并将其分为观察组和对照组各53例,其中对照组患者采用化疗方案进行治疗,而观察组患者在对照组方案的基础上加用复方浙贝颗粒治疗,观察两组患者采取不同治疗方案的疗效差异。结果经过对比发现,观察组和对照组患者均取得了一定的治疗效果,但观察组患者的疗效更显著,且两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于难治性急性白血病患者在给予常规化疗方案治疗的同时辅以复方浙贝颗粒治疗,除了提高治疗效果外还能够显著降低化疗药物的毒副反应发生率,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze the value of compound zhebei granule in the treatment of refractory acute leukemia. Methods 106 cases with refractory acute leukemia,which admitted in our hospital during January 2012 and January 2015,were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,each group of 53 cases. The control group was treated by chemotherapy,while the observation group was given the treatment with compound zhebei granule on the basis of the control group. The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results After comparison,we found that patients in both observation group and control group obtained certain therapeutic effect,but the curative effect of observation group was more significant,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions For refractory acute leukemia patients,standard chemotherapy complemented with compound zhebei granule at the same time,not only can improve the effect of treatment,but also can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reaction of chemotherapy drugs,is worth of recommend.
