目的研究东北马鹿鹿心血中的各种营养物质。方法对东北马鹿鹿心血中的氨基酸、蛋白质、粗脂肪及各种营养元素进行测定分析。结果东北马鹿鹿心血中含有氨基酸、蛋白质等营养物质。结论东北马鹿鹿心血中营养成分的研究数据,为其医用价值提供理论依据。

Objective To analyze the nutrient components of the heart blood of red deer. Methods The c acid,protein,crude fat and different nutrient elements were determined and analyzed. Results The heart blood of red deer is rich in nutrient components. Conclusions The determined results of the heart blood of red deer provide the scientific theory basis for medical use.
