荆芥挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺研究

摘要 目的研究荆芥挥发油包合物制备的最佳工艺,提高产量。方法水蒸气蒸馏法制备挥发油,超声法、研磨法、搅拌法制备挥发油包合物。考察挥发油的包合率指标。结果三种方法制备包合物,以超声法得率最高。三种方法均较好的保证了挥发油的性质。结论以超声法制备β-CD包合物得率较高,利用率也较高,为制备荆芥挥发油β-CD包合物的最佳方法。 Objective To explore an optimum process of the preparation of Schizonepeta volatile oil inclusion. Methods Preparation of Schizonepeta volatile oil by steam distillation and preparation of volatile oil inclusion compound by ultrasonic method,grinding method and stirring method. Study on the inclusion rate of volatile oil. Results Among the Three methods of preparing inclusion,ultrasonic method with the highest productive rate,and all the three methods could ensure the quality of volatile oil. Conclusions The ultrasonic method is the best method for preparing Schizonepeta volatile oil β- Cyclodextrin inclusion compound.
