汕头市企业职工职业病防护知识知晓度的调查分析

Investigation on occupational diseases prevention knowledge awareness in Shantou city

目的了解汕头市企业职工对职业病防治知识的知晓程度,为开展职业健康教育和宣传工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法以问卷形式对企业职工掌握职业病相关知识等内容进行调查分析。结果被调查者对职业病防治知识知晓率不同,学历、年龄、工龄均对调查结果有显著影响;且除了对职业病相关法律法规的掌握程度,随着学历、年龄、工龄的升高,职工对各种职业病防护知识的知晓率呈上升趋势。结论企业培训对提高劳动者的职业病防治意识和相关知识的获取起着至关重要的作用,因此应有针对性在企业范围内设置安全防护设施,进行安全防护教育工作内容的普及以提高职工的职业病防护意识从而有效减少职业损害的发生。

Objective We aim to investigate the awareness of occupational diseases knowledge of the employee in Shantou city,thus providing solid evidence for the occupational health education and propagation.Methods 600 employees from 120 enterprises in Shantou city were selected through a stratified random sampling method,they were asked to complete a questionnaire about their current knowledge on the prevention of occupational diseases. Results In terms of the knowledge on the prevention of occupational diseases,it varies a lot. The education background,age and length of service can infect the result. In comparison with other groups,the subjects＇ self- awareness of occupational diseases prevention rised as their educated,age and worker seniority raised,except for the familiarity with the laws and regulations. Conclusions Professional training provided by the employer means much to the establishment of the employees ＇ self- awareness of occupational diseases prevention and the acquisition of the related knowledge. Therefore, establishment of occupational disease prevention facilities,prevalence of knowledge of occupational disease prevention and raise of the self- awareness of occupational diseases prevention are the important measures to eliminate and control the occupational hazards.
