摘要
目的探索以职业为导向以体验为形式的高职《护理心理学》教学模式。方法实验组实施实验教学模式,对照组实施以讲授为主的传统教学模式。结果实验组在课程结束之后,SCL-90的五个因子发生了显著性变化(P<0.05),而对照组所有因子变化都没有显著性;实验组课程结束后主观评定在认识自我、理解他人、与人沟通与合作及情绪调控等方面与课程开始时相比均发生了正向改变。结论以职业为导向以体验为形式的高职《护理心理学》教学模式有助于培养护生良好职业心理素质及能力。
Objective To explore the teaching mode of nursing phycology of high vocational education which is career- oriented and in form of experience. Methods Experimental teaching mode was performed in the experimental group. Traditional teaching mode,which was conducted in the control group,mainly based on giving lectures. Results 5 factors of SCL- 90 improved significantly after the courses( P〈0. 05) compared to that before the courses in the experimental group. No factor had significant difference in the control group. Positive changes occurred on factors such as self- recognition,understanding others,communication,cooperation and emotion regulation of subjective assessment in the experimental group after the courses. Conclusions The teaching mode of nursing phycology of high vocational education which is career- oriented and in form of experience contributes to build good professional psychology quality and ability of nursing students.
