摘要 分别应用3种湍流模型(标准k-ε模型、RNG k-ε模型和Realizable k-ε模型)模拟了不同气体动能因子下的文氏棒塔干板压降,通过对比数值模拟结果与实验结果发现,标准k-ε湍流模型和Realizable k-ε湍流模型计算结果与实验结果比较接近,RNG k-ε湍流模型计算结果误差较大。利用标准k-ε湍流模型研究了不同规格文氏棒塔板的干板压降,得出了棒径和棒间距对干板压降的影响关系,分析干板阻力系数的影响因素并通过数值分析方法拟合出了文氏棒塔干板阻力系数的计算公式。 Based on standard k-ε model, RNG k-ε model and the realizable k-e model, the dry plate pressure drop of Ven- turi-rod tower was calculated with numerical simulation under varying gas kinetic energy factors. By comparing the pressure drop of numerical results and experimental measurements, the result shows that the Standard k-ε model and the Realizable k-ε model have less deviation than the RNG k-ε turbulence model. The effects of rod diameter, rod gap and voidage of Venturi-rod layer on pressure drop were studied with Standard k-ε turbulence model. The result shows that pressure drop increases with the decreasing of rod gap and the increasing of the rod diameter. Through analyzing the influence factors of dry plate drag coefficient, the formula of dry plate drag coefficient was fitted out by numerical analysis.
