Innovation design of P100 three stage pusher centrifuge was discussed from basket, accelerating disk, colleting mother liquid and push sheet. The effect of removing acid of this kind of centrifuge is 3 times larger than WH pusher centrifuge and 2 times larger than two stage pusher centrifuge. The ability of removing acid of pusher centrifuge was greatly improved by this innovation design, the cost of manufacturing nitrocellulose was saved, and the environment pressure of nitrocellulose manufactur- ers was reduced.
