三级推料离心机在硝化纤维素驱酸中的应用

摘要 从P100三级推料离心机的转鼓、加速盘、母液收集、推料片等方面论述了其对硝化纤维素驱酸生产的创新设计,其驱酸效果是WH推料离心机的3倍,双级推料离心机的2倍。该创新设计很大的提高了推料离心机的驱酸能力,节约了硝化棉生产厂家生产成本,同时减小了硝化棉生产厂家环保压力。 Innovation design of P100 three stage pusher centrifuge was discussed from basket, accelerating disk, colleting mother liquid and push sheet. The effect of removing acid of this kind of centrifuge is 3 times larger than WH pusher centrifuge and 2 times larger than two stage pusher centrifuge. The ability of removing acid of pusher centrifuge was greatly improved by this innovation design, the cost of manufacturing nitrocellulose was saved, and the environment pressure of nitrocellulose manufactur- ers was reduced.
