摘要
目的:探讨护理路径在结直肠癌患者FOLFOX化疗方案护理中的应用,并观察其对治疗依从性的影响.方法:选取丽水市中心医院2012-01/2013-12接受FOLFOX化疗方案治疗的120例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,将其依据不同护理方法分为研究组与对照组,各60例.对照组给予常规护理模式护理,研究组给予护理路径模式护理,观察两组的临床护理效果与治疗依从性.结果:研究组的护理满意度评分、治疗依从性较对照组高(87.4分±6.3分vs 69.2分±7.2分,96.7%vs 80.0%)(P<0.05).研究组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(11.7%vs30.0%)(P<0.05).结论:临床中对于FOLFOX化疗方案治疗的结直肠癌患者护理中实施临床护理路径模式是可行的,能够提高患者的化疗治疗依从性与护理满意度,值得临床中应用推广.
AIM：To explore the application of nursing pathway in colorectal cancer patients on FOLFOX chemotherapy,and to observe its effect on patient compliance.METHODS：One hundred and twenty colorectal cancer patients who underwent FOLFOX chemotherapy at Lishui Central Hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were divided into either a research group or a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing care,and the research group received nursing pathway.Nursing effects and patient compliance were compared between the two groups.RESULTS：The care satisfaction score and compliance were significantly higher in the research group than in the control group（87.4± 6.3 vs 69.2 ± 7.2,96.7%vs 80.0%,P〈0.05）.The rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the research group than in the control group（11.7%vs 30.0%,P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients on FOLFOX chemotherapy is feasible and can improve the patient compliance and nursing satisfaction.
