三种测试陶瓷材料断裂韧性的国际标准方法比较

摘要 分析了近些年国际标准(ISO)、美国标准(ASTM)以及国内标准(GB)中陶瓷材料普遍采用的三种断裂韧性标准测试方法——单边预裂纹粱法(SEPB)、表面裂纹弯曲法(SCF)和山形切口梁法(CNB)的基本原理以及优缺点,并以SiC和Si3N4材料为例,比较了三种标准方法所测断裂韧性值的差别。结果表明:1)三种标准测试方法所测断裂韧性值具有很好的一致性和可靠性,其最大误差不超过6.52%;2)山形切口法较其他两种方法的测试准确性更高,其测试值与三种方法所测均值误差不超过1.53%。本文工作,为合理选择标准方法测试陶瓷材料断裂韧性提供一定的理论基础。
