双香豆素对急性脑梗塞患者血清中TNF-α表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨双香豆素对急性脑梗塞患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的表达影响。方法将泸州医学院附属医院收治的80例急性脑梗塞患者按数字抽签法随机分为2组:对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规急性脑梗塞疗法进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用双香豆素溶栓法进行治疗。观察并分析2组患者在治疗前后血清中TNF-α水平及患者神经功能缺损情况。结果治疗后6 h时,观察组血清TNF-α水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。但治疗24、48 h及30 d时,2组患者血清TNF-α表达水平差异无统计学意义。在第5、14、28 d时观察组神经功能缺损评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双香豆素可有效降低患者血清中TNF-α水平及患者脑细胞的损伤程度。 Objective To investigate effect of dicoumarol on the expression of serum tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty cases patients with acute cerebral infarction were admitted and randomly divided into two groups by digital draw:control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group were given conventional therapy for treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and observation group were given dicoumarol thrombolysis on the basis of control group. The serum TNF-α level and neurologic impairment score were compared between two groups pre-and post-treatment. Results After treatment of 6 h,the serum TNF-α level in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group( P〈0. 05). After treatment of 24 h,48 h and 30 d,there were no significant differences of serum TNF-αlevels between two groups. After treatment of 5 d,14 d and 28 d,the neurological deficit scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Dicoumarol could effectively reduce TNF-α levels in serum and extent of cerebral cell damage in patients.
