绿茶及其有效成分没食子儿茶素-3-没食子酸酯抗乳腺癌研究进展

摘要 乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,多项流行病学研究、动物模型研究和临床试验研究结果均已表明绿茶及其有效成分没食子儿茶素-3-没食子酸酯(EGCG)具有抑制乳腺癌的作用。本文就绿茶及其有效成分EGCG在预防和治疗乳腺癌中的作用及相关机制的研究进展进行综述,旨在提高绿茶在乳腺癌防治中的利用,进一步研究新的防治乳腺癌方法。
