摘要
对HBC9018车载式混凝土泵的运行动作进行分析,并根据其动作控制逻辑的要求设计了一种基于PLC和触摸屏(HMI)的电气控制系统,本文主要介绍该电气控制系统的硬件设计、软件设计思路、设计流程,以及触摸屏的画面组态。实践证明,该控制系统具有智能化程度高,性能可靠,接线简单,便于维修等优点,综合性能大大超越了继电器控制系统。
For HBC9018 truck-mounted concrete pump running movement is analyzed, and according to the requirements of the motion control logic design based on PLC and touch screen（HMI） electric control system, this paper mainly introduces the electrical control system hardware design, software design, the design process, as well as the configuration of touch screen picture.Practice has proved that this control system has a high intelligent degree, reliable performance, wiring is simple, easy to maintenance etc, and comprehensive performance beyond the relay control system greatly.
