摘要 为了及时、便捷地监测大型粮仓内温湿度等环境参数的变化,设计了一种便携式粮仓温湿度监测仪。该监测仪以MSP430F449超低功耗单片机为核心,结合DS18B20数字温度传感器,HS1101电容式湿度传感器,BPW34光照度传感器硅光电池,作为测量环境参数的传感器,并添加了DS12C887时钟芯片、USB存储模块以及键盘和显示模块,设计了测温、测湿、测光照度的子程序以及外围接口模块的软件,实现实时温度、湿度和光照度的数据采集、显示和存储。系统功耗低,成本低,测量结果可存盘,对数据采集的准确性有极大的提高,性能可靠,很适合粮仓等室内环境参数的监测,应用前景广阔。 In order to timely and conveniently monitor the change of environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity inside the large-scale granary, we design a portable granary temperature and humidity monitor. It is with ultra-low power MCU MSP430F449 as the core,with a digital temperature sensor DS18B20, the capacitive temperature sensor HS1101 and illumination sensor of silicon photoce BPW34 for environmental parameters measurement. It is added the clock chip DS12C887, USB storage module and the keyboard and display module. It realizes real-time data collection, display and storage of temperature, humidity, and light by designing the subprogram of temperature, moisture, and illuminance measurement and the software design of peripheral interface module. This system has the superiority with low power consumption, small volume, and low cost. It is with reliable performance,and can save the test results, and greatly improve the accuracy of data acquisition. It is suitable for monitoring of the indoor environment parameters of granary, and its application prospect is wide.
