摘要
由于办学理念不开放、资源相对不足,给部分高等院校教育带来了战略定位与教育质量问题。通过界定社会资源和多途径内涵,以实现高校的人才培养、科研研究、服务社会、传承文化四大职能为目标,探讨利用社会资源的多种有效途径。建议在办学过程中,高校中医药院校应打开思路,利用多种途径,构建全方位、多层次、宽领域的对外开放格局,在此过程中,要遵循互惠互利原则,营造有利社会氛围,提升品牌效益,吸引优质资源,并建立配套政策体系与管理制度以保障开放办学的良性运转。
The conservative attitude and lack of resources have resulted in many strategical positioning and educational quality problems among institutions of higher education. Identifying available social resources and channels can help ensure effective personnel training, scientific research, social service and cultural inheritance. This paper suggests that TCM universities should be open-minded, exploit various resources to adopt open policy that is full-scaled, multi-layered and all-rounded. In this process, reciprocity principle should be observed in order to attract available resources and set up corresponding systems to ensure sound operation of institutions.
