摘要
阐述了在高等中医药院校开展基于集体交叉备课教研活动的必要性,通过更新教师教育理念、提高教师教学质量、融通优势教育资源,以促使教研相长、促进教师专业发展;并介绍了辽宁中医药大学基础医学院开展集体交叉备课教研活动的实践与思考。
This paper expounds on necessity of conducting collective interdisciplinary teaching preparation in higher educational institutions. Reforming teaching concepts, increasing teaching quality, integrating educational resources should be done so as to promote mutual progress in teaching and researching, and accelerate teachers ' professional development. Such practice carried out in the School of preclinical Medicine of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is introduced with writers'considerations.
