摘要
对沼气壁挂锅炉燃烧器进行了设计和实验研究,采用体积分数为60%的CH_4和40%的CO_2模拟沼气,要求燃烧器前静压力为1 600 Pa时输入热负荷达到25 k W。受加工条件限制,燃烧器实际加工尺寸与设计尺寸存在一定误差。燃烧器火孔面积为4 744.5 mm^2,火排数为15个,喷嘴孔径为2.1 mm,混合管喉部直径为12 mm。由于沼气压力和成分通常变化范围比较大,通过实验对燃烧器对压力和沼气组分变化的适应性进行研究。当沼气压力变化范围在800~3 200 Pa,沼气中CH_4和CO_2体积比为60:40时,燃烧器能很好的适应沼气压力的变化;当燃烧器前压力为1 600 Pa,沼气中甲烷体积分数在55%~75%变化时,燃烧器对沼气组分的变化具有良好的适应能力。
Design and research on the burner of wall-mounted bio-gas boiler. Mixed gas which mix 60% of CH4 and 40% of CO2 to imitatebio-gas, and the input heat load be demanded reach 25 kW when the pressure before burner is 1 600 Pa. There is some different betweenactual size and design size. And in the actual burner, the flame-hole area, be consisted of 15 unit-typed burner, is 4 744.5 mm2, the nozzleaperture is 2.1mm, and the ejector throat diameter is 12 mm. Because of larger variation of bio-gas pressure and composition, we should doexperiment to research the adaptability of burner for variation of bio-gas pressure and composition. When the intimating gas pressure rangesin 800-3 200 Pa, the burner can be adapt the pressure variation. When the static pressure before burner is 1 600 Pa, and the volumefraction of CH4 in bio-gas ranges in 55% -75%, the burner shows a good adaptability.
