Current Situation and Its Development of Desulfurizer for Flue Gas Desulfurization in the Coal-fired Boiler

燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫过程中,脱硫剂的选用是影响脱硫效率的重要因素。而对于脱硫剂的选用,不仅要考虑它的脱硫效率,还要兼顾廉价易得的原则。对于不同种类的脱硫剂,国内外学者已经做了大量研究,验证了经过调质手段能改善脱硫效果。总结了脱硫剂的研究进展,对不同脱硫剂的优缺点也做了一些评述,并指出利用工业废渣制备脱硫剂既可以提高脱硫效率,又利用了固体废弃物,这是今后的研究发展方向。

During flue gas desulfurization in coal-fired boiler, the selection of desulfurizer is a major factor affecting the desuffurizationefficiency. As for the selection of desulfurizer, it is possible not only to consider its removal efficiency, but also to consider the principle ofcheap and attainable. For different kinds of desulfurizer, some scholars have done a lot of research and validated that modifying methods canimprove desulfurization result. The research progress of desulfurizer has been summarized in this paper. In addition, advantages anddisadvantages of different kinds of desulfurizer are also briefly reviewed, and points out that using industrial waste residue as desulfurizerhave both improved the desulfurization efficiency and utilized the solid waste, which is the research direction in the future.
