摘要
为了研究多孔聚合射流的射流特性,以某钢厂120 t转炉为例,设计了三孔聚合射流氧枪喷头,并用计算流体动力学中的FLUENT软件对其进行数值计算。通过使用低密度的氢气和氦气作为保护气,分析了多孔聚合射流的射流特性。结果表明,在保护气的存在下,主氧射流速度衰减减慢,改善了氧枪射流的品质,保护气的密度越低,保护效果越好。
To study of the porous flow characteristics of jet polymerization, this paper take a 120t converter as an example, design a threehole coherent jet oxygen lance nozzle, and use the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT for the numerical calculation. By usinglow density of hydrogen and helium as the protective gas, the characteristics of the jet flow in the porous polymer jet are analyzed. Theresults show that in the presence of protective gas, the velocity of the main oxygen jet decreases, and the quality of the oxygen lance jet isimproved. The lower the density of the gas is, the better the protection effect is.
