怒江州硅工业企业在怒江州的经济发展中具有比较重要的地位,作为怒江供电局与怒江供电有限公司管辖范围内的重要工业类用户,一直以来,硅工业企业都以"电价太高""生产成本太高"为由,要求小水电企业和电网企业降低电价,以降低其生产成本,维持继续生产,从而给小水电企业和电网企业带来了很大的生产经营压力,发、供、用电各方利益矛盾冲突较为严重。通过对硅工业企业生产用电成本的对比分析,得出了其实际的生产用电成本,并且在现有的条件下,有针对性地提出了相应的降本增效措施。

The Silicon industry plays an important role in the economic development of Nujiang state. As an important Industrial user OfNujiang Electric Power Supply Bureau and Nujiang Supply Co Ltd, since always, the Silicon industrial enterprises asked the stategovernment to coordinate small hydropower and power grid enterprises to reduce prices with ＂price is too high＂, ＂production cost is too high＂in order to reduce the production cost, which brought great pressure to small hydropower enterprises and power grid＇s production andmanagement. The interests conflict of generation, supply and utilization are more serious. In this paper, based on the comparison and analysisof the electric power cost of silicon production in industrial company. We get the actual cost of production. And under current conditions,puts forward a corresponding measures in order to improve the efficiency.
