摘要
对包晶钢热板边部翘皮缺陷的成因进行了分析,铸坯表面裂纹、结晶器卷渣、气泡、轧制过程中的温度影响、加热制度均可导致热板表面边部翘皮缺陷的发生。通过对包晶钢热轧板翘皮缺陷的微观组织的分析,明确了缺陷的产生原因。通过采取合理设计钢种成分、优化结晶器冷却、合理控制锥度、保护渣性能优化及设备精度等措施可以有效改善铸坯角部质量缺陷,最终消除热轧钢板边部翘皮质量问题。
Discussed the reasons of causing the edge scar of hot rolled plat, the crack of slab, bubble, the temperature in the process ofroiling, heating system all can initiate the surface defect. Through the microstrueture analysis of the hot rolled plat, it indicated that thecause of the surface scar defect. Simultaneously, through the optimum steel design, mold cooling, correct taper, optimization of the powderproperty and equipment accuracy can improve the edge quality of the slab.
