电子垃圾拆解区学龄前儿童中粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子与中性粒细胞水平变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨电子垃圾拆解区环境化学污染物暴露对学龄前儿童外周血清中粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)与中性粒细胞水平的影响。方法:采集144名3~7岁儿童(暴露组和对照组各72名)外周血;用Procarta Plex多重免疫法测定血清中GM-CSF水平,并用全自动血细胞分析仪检测外周血中性粒细胞百分比。结果:暴露组外周血清GM-CSF和中性粒细胞百分比水平均高于对照组(P〈0.01);暴露组女性儿童GM-CSF水平高于对照组(P〈0.05);暴露组3~4岁年龄段儿童GM-CSF水平高于对照组(P〈0.01);GM-CSF水平与中性粒细胞百分比正相关(rs=0.137,P〈0.05)。结论:环境化学污染物暴露对儿童GM-CSF水平造成影响,并致中性粒细胞百分比改变,不利于儿童生长发育。
