摘要
针对砂卡和井内流体异物对涡轮流量计的影响,利用压差传感器敏感于应力变化的原理,设计出压阻式集流型流量计。该流量计上的压差传感器两端感压面的一端置于静止的水中、一端置于流道中与流体流动方向垂直,保证压差传感器只敏感于流体的冲量变化,建立起传感器阻抗输出与流量变化的对应关系,形成无可动部件流量计。将压阻式流量计与含水率计相结合形成的产液剖面测井仪在模拟实验装置上进行了两相流实验,表明仪器有很好的重复性,具有较低的流量测量下限,并将该测井仪进行了现场试验,结果表明仪器在极低的产液量下有响应。
In the view of the influence from the sand card and fluid foreign body in the well,the piezoresistive packer type flow meter was designed based on the principle of differential pressure sensor being sensitive to stress change. There are two pressure sensor surfaces on the flowmeter,one is put in still water,and the other one is put in channel which is perpendicular to the flow,which can make the sensor sensitive to the momentum of the flow only,and so the relationship between sensor resistance and the flow rate is set up. The liquid profile instrument was assembled by piezoresistive flow meter and the water content analyzer,and was tested in oil-water two-phase flow in the simulation device. The result showed that the instrument performed well in repeatability and had a lower measurement limit. The field test also proved that the instrument was sensitive in an extreme low flow.
