摘要
选取焊管产品强度和韧性作为主要评价指标,建立了基于过程能力指数的焊管质量稳定性量化评价模型及质量等级评价方法。利用该方法,不仅可以比较各制管企业焊管质量控制水平的高低,而且可以对比不同管道工程用焊管的整体质量状况。建议建立制管企业和管道工程产品性能和过程能力指数数据库,通过定期开展质量评价,促进我国管道工程用焊管质量控制水平的持续提升。
Choosing the strength and toughness of welded pipe products as evaluation indexes,the quality stability evaluation model and the quality ranking criterion of welded steel pipes for oil and gas pipeline were proposed based on the process capability index method,which can be used to compare the quality control levels of welded steel pipes not only from the different manufactories but also from the different pipeline projects. It has been suggested that the data bases of welded steel pipe properties for pipe mills and pipeline projects should be established. Quality evaluation based on the data bases should be carried out regularly so that the quality control level of welded steel pipes used in oil gas pipeline projects could be promoted steadily.
