摘要
家禽饲料原料能值的评定常使用代谢能(ME)体系。与ME体系相比,净能(NE)体系考虑了动物对饲料摄食和消化过程产生的热增耗(HI)。NE体系将营养物质代谢划分为用于维持和生产利用的能量,是最真实反映饲料能值的体系,也是唯一能使动物能量需要量与饲料能值在同一水平上得以表达的体系。本文就NE的测定方法、影响家禽NE测定的因素以及NE在家禽上的研究现状进行了综述。
Evaluation of energy value in poultry feeds has been most commonly based on metabolizable energy( ME) system. However,the closest estimate of the"true"energy value of a feed should be net energy( NE)system. NE system takes into account of the heat increment( HI),which is the amount of heat released from the energy costs in ingestive,digestive and metabolic processes. In addition,NE system divides the energy utilization of nutrients into maintenance and production requirements. It is the only system by which energy requirements and feed or diet energy values are expressed on a same basis. This article reviewed the methods of determination,influential factors and current research situation of NE in poultry.
