纳米硒对蛋鸽生产性能、蛋中硒含量及血清抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本试验旨在研究纳米硒对蛋鸽生产性能、蛋中硒含量及血清抗氧化指标的影响。选取180对180~210日龄健康的泰平王鸽,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复5对。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5 mg/kg的纳米硒。预试期为7 d,正试期为42 d。结果表明:1)蛋鸽饲粮中添加纳米硒对第21天和第42天蛋鸽的平均蛋重、产蛋数、料蛋比均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。2)蛋鸽饲粮中添加纳米硒对第21天和第42天鸽蛋的蛋壳厚度和蛋形指数无显著影响(P〉0.05)。与对照组相比,0.2 mg/kg纳米硒组第21天的蛋黄指数显著提高(P〈0.05),0.4、0.5 mg/kg纳米硒组第21天的蛋黄色泽极显著提高(P〈0.01);0.5 mg/kg纳米硒组第42天的蛋黄色泽极显著提高(P〈0.01)。3)与对照组相比,各试验组第21天和第42天蛋黄锰、锌、铜含量均无显著差异(P〉0.05);0.4、0.5 mg/kg纳米硒组第21天蛋黄硒含量极显著提高(P〈0.01),第42天蛋黄硒含量显著提高(P〈0.05)。4)与对照组相比,0.4、0.5 mg/kg纳米硒组第21天血清谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著提高(P〈0.01),血清丙二醛(M DA)含量极显著降低(P〈0.01),但各组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性差异不显著(P〉0.05);0.4、0.5 mg/kg纳米硒组第42天血清T-AOC和T-SOD活性显著提高(P〈0.05),血清GSH-Px活性极显著提高(P〈0.01),血清M DA含量极显著降低(P〈0.01)。综合考虑,基础饲粮中纳米硒的适宜添加量为0.4 mg/kg,饲喂42 d效果更为明显。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of nano-selenium on performance,egg selenium content and serum antioxidant indices of pigeons. A total of 180 pairs of healthy pigeons( 180 to 210 days of age) were randomly allotted to 6 groups with 6 replicates in each group,and each replicate contained 5 pairs of pigeons. Pigeons in the control group were fed a basal diet,and pigeons in experimental groups were fed the diets supplemented with 0. 1,0. 2,0. 3,0. 4 and 0. 5 mg / kg nano-selenium,respectively. The adjustment period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows: 1) dietary supplemented with nano-selenium had no significant effect on the average egg weight,egg number and feed to egg ratio of pigeons in the 21 st and 42 nd days( P〉0. 05). 2) Dietary supplemented with nano-selenium had no significant effect on eggshell thickness and egg shape index of pigeons in the 21 st and 42 nd days( P〉0.05). Compared with the control group,the yolk index of 0. 2 mg / kg nano-selenium group in the 21 st days was significantly increased( P〈0. 05),and the yolk color of 0. 4 and 0. 5 mg / kg nano-selenium groups in the21 st days was significantly increased( P〈0. 01); the yolk color of 0. 5 mg / kg nano-selenium group in the42 nd days was significantly increased( P〈0. 01). 3) Compared with the control group,the content of manganese,zinc and copper in yolk of experimental groups in the 21 st and 42 nd days was no significant difference( P〈0. 05),the yolk selenium content of 0. 4 and 0. 5 mg /kg nano-selenium groups in the 21 st days was significantly increased( P〈0. 01),and that in the 42 th days was significantly increased( P〈0. 05). 4) Compared with the control group,the serum glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) activity of 0. 4 and 0. 5 mg / kg nano-selenium groups in the 21 st days was significantly increased( P〈0. 01),and the serum malonaldehyde( MDA) content was significantly decreased( P〈0. 01),but the serum total antioxidant capacity( T-AOC)and total superoxide dismutase( T-SOD) activity had no significant difference( P〈0. 05); the serum T-AOC and T-SOD activity of 0. 4 and 0. 5 mg / kg nano-selenium groups in the 42 nd days were significantly increased( P〈0. 05),the serum GSH-Px activity was significantly increased( P〈0. 01),and the serum MDA content was significantly decreased( P〈0. 01). In conclusion,the optimum level of nano-selenium is 0. 4 mg / kg,and the experiment last for 42 days' effect is more obvious.
