摘要 为了解决某大型火力发电厂空气预热器堵灰情况严重现象,对燃料成分因素、运行条件以及吹灰条件等方面进行综合分析。得出了空气预热器的堵灰现象主要受燃料成分、空气预热器冷端综合温度、蓄热元件可靠性以及吹灰效果等条件的影响。提出了改造燃煤的混配方式、控制空气预热器冷端综合温度、对蓄热元件进行改造、安装移动式在线空气预热器高压水冲洗系统以及延长吹灰冲洗时间等防范空气预热器堵灰的有效措施,解决了因空气预热器堵灰导致机组无法满负荷运行的问题。 In order to solve a large thermal power plant ash fouling the air preheater serious phenomenon, a comprehensive analysis of the fuel composition factors, operating conditions and soot blowing conditions, etc.. Draw the air preheater ash fouling phenomenon is mainly affected by the fuel component, cold end air preheater integrated temperature effect, regenerative component reliability and sootblowing effect other conditions.
