摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂JH-N318对纳米TiO_2进行表面改性。考察了硅烷偶联剂JH-N318用量、改性时间、温度及改性介质的p H值对纳米TiO_2分散时间的影响;并进行红外、TEM表征。结果表明纳米TiO_2的分散效果明显改善。当JH-N318用量为3.8%,改性时间为60min,改性温度为45℃,改性介质p H=4.5时,纳米TiO_2的分散时间最长,改性效果最好。
In this paper,the surface of nano-TiO2 were modified by silane coupling agents JH-N318. The infiuence of the facters including the content of silane coupling agent JH-N318,the modified time,the temperature and the p H value of modified medium which on dispersion time of nano-TiO2 were studied. The prepared samples were investigated by FTIR and TEM. The results show that when the content of silane coupling agent is 3. 8%,modification time is about 60 min,modification temperature is 45℃ and p H value is 4. 5,the effect of the modified TiO2 is the highest,dispersion effect is best.
