摘要
测试高速铁路用新型铜合金接触线在-50℃-150℃范围内的电阻值,通过对得到的"温度—电阻"关系进行线性拟合,得到接触线的电阻温度系数。将该系数与TB/T 2809—2005《电气化铁道用铜及铜合金接触线》和EN 50149:2012中相近接触线的电阻温度系数进行对比,分析其差异性和相似性,提出相应建议,为新型铜合金接触线的产品电阻率检测与工程计算提供依据。
By testing the resistance of new-type copper alloy contact wire for high speed railway within a temperature range of -50℃ -150℃, it can obtain the resistance temperature coefficient of contact wire upon linearly fitting the measured"temperature--resistance"relationship. By comparing the coefficient with the resistance temperature coefficients of similar contact wires as specified in TB/T 2809—2005"Copper and Copper-alloy Contact Wires for Electric Railway"and EN 50149:2012,the article analyses the difference and similarity and gives corresponding suggestions,providing a basis for resistivity testing and engineering calculation of new-type copper alloy contact wire for high speed railway.
