新型地铁通用司机控制器测试台研制

Research and Development of New-type Universal Locomotive Master Controlle Test Bench

针对现有地铁司机控制器测试台通用性、扩展性、稳定性较差的缺点,设计新型地铁通用司机控制器测试台。测试台分为上位机和下位机,检测时只需将司控器接口和试验台接口对接,即可通过判断司控器手柄在待测档位的闭合关系、接线关系,显示对应的闭合表和接线图等实时信息,实现司控器相关性能检测。所设计测试台性能稳定,操作简单,具有良好的通用性和扩展性。

With a view to the defects in existing locomotive master controller test benches,such as poor universality,expansibility and stability,a new-type universal locomotive master controller test bench is designed. The test bench includes a master computer and a slave computer. In a test,only by connecting the interfaces of the locomotive master controller and the test bench,it can display real-time information on corresponding on-off tables and connection diagrams,etc. by determining the on-off relationship and the connection relationship of the test position of the locomotive master controller, thus testing the relevant performance of the locomotive master controller. The test bench designed is stable in performance,simple in operation and sound in universality and expansibility.
