摘要
近几年,石家庄市雾霾频发,可从地理气象条件、产业结构、机动车尾气、扬尘以及污染物区域迁移等方面进行分析,并从建立气象环境监测和预警、压煤、减排、控制机动车的使用及尾气排放、区域联防联控、依法治霾、绿化等方面进行有效治理。
Haze happens frequently in Shijiazhuang city in recent years, and we can analyze reasons in terms of geographical weather conditions, industrial structure, vehicle exhaust, dust and regional contaminant migration and govern effectively the haze by establishing meteorological environmental monitoring and early warning mechanism, reducing emission and the use of coal, restricting the number of car purchase, regionally joint preventing controlling, and increasing green areas, etc.
