摘要
目的构建医学生人文素质构成要素,为培养医学生人文素质提供依据。方法采用德尔菲法构建医学生人文素质的构成要素及指标;选取200名医学生和50名管理者进行问卷调查,通过因子分析确定人文素质构成要素的因子。结果通过2轮专家咨询,确立了由人文知识、人文思想、人文方法、人文精神4个一级指标、9个二级指标和26个三级指标组成的人文素质构成要素。通过因子分析,提取出6个公因子,分别为社科类知识、伦理道德规范、理性思维能力、民族意识、社会角色特征、个人认知趋向。结论构建的医学生人文素质由6个公因子组成,可从这些要素入手设定人文课程、人文校园文化活动、第二课堂等内容,从而培养医学生的人文素质。
Objective To construct the structure of humanistic quality of medical students and provide basis for the training of humanistic quality. Methods Delphi technique was adopted to identify the structure and items of humanistic quality of medical students through two rounds of expert consultation. The factors were identified using factor analysis based on the data of questionnaire investigation on 200 medical students and 50 administrators. Results The humanistic quality of medical students consisted of four first-level indicators,including humanistic knowledge,humanistic thought,humanistic methodology and humanistic spirit,9 second-level indicators and 26 third-level indicators. Factor analysis identified six common factors including social science knowledge,ethics and moral,rational thinking ability,national consciousness,social role characteristics and personal cognitive tendency. Conclusion The results reveal six factors of humanistic quality of medical students. It is suggested to train medical students ' humanistic quality through providing humanities courses,humanistic campus culture activities and the second classrooms.
