摘要
目的探讨体验式教学模式在护理学导论教学中的应用方法及效果。方法选取2013级1、2班为试验组,在护理学导论教学过程中采用体验式教学模式;3、4班为对照组,采用传统教学方法。授课前后采用专业认同感问卷对两组学生进行调查。结果授课结束后,试验组学生专业认同感得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用体验式教学模式有助于提高护理本科生的专业认同感。
Objective To evaluate the outcomes of experiential teaching in the course of Introduction of Nursing. Methods Totally 172 undergraduate nursing students in four classes were divided into two groups according to classes. Experiential teaching mode and traditional teaching method was applied in the experimental group and thecontrol group,respectively. The outcome was evaluated using the Professional Identity Scale. Results Students' professional identity score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The application of experiential teaching method is helpful to improve undergraduate nursing students' professional identity.
