基于问题的高仿真模拟教学对学生护理处置能力的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价高仿真模拟教学结合以问题为基础的教学法对护理专业学生临床护理处置能力的效果。方法将180名护理大专二年级学生随机分为两组,试验组采用高仿真模拟教学结合以问题为基础的教学法,对照组采用传统角色扮演法。在护理实务临床处置课程开始和结束时,采用临床处置能力测评表对两组学生进行测评;课程结束后进行临床护理处置能力考核,并采用自设的调查问卷,调查学生对课程效果的评价。结果课程结束后,试验组临床护理处置能力总分及各条目得分(P<0.05或P<0.01)、课程考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生对疾病知识、护理操作能力、沟通交流能力、团队合作能力及护理处置能力提高情况自我评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用高仿真模拟教学结合以问题为基础的教学法有助于培养学生的临床护理处置能力。 Objective To evaluate the effect of high-fidelity simulation and problem-based learning(PBL)method on improving nursing students' clinical nursing practice ability. Methods Totally 180 associate nursing students were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. High-fidelity simulation and PBL method was applied in the experimental group,while traditional role-playing teaching method was implemented in the control group. The outcomes were evaluated using students' performance in skill test of nursing practice ability as well as a questionnaire investigation about students' nursing practice ability and self-rating improvement of clinical ability. Results After the course,the students' performance in skill test of nursing practice ability,the total score and each item score of clinical nursing practice ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.05 or P0.01). The students' self-rating improvement in disease knowledge,nursing skills,communication ability,team cooperation capability and clinical nursing practice ability was significantly higher in the experimental group than that of the control group(P0.05). Conclusion The high-fidelity simulation and PBL method is an effective way to cultivate nursing students' clinical nursing practice ability.
