乳腺癌首次手术后化疗患者自我效能与希望水平的相关性研究

The relationship between self-efficacy and hope in patients with breast cancer during postoperative chemotherapy

目的调查乳腺癌首次手术后化疗患者自我效能与希望水平状况,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法采用中文版健康促进策略量表和希望水平量表调查首次手术后正在化疗的127例住院乳腺癌患者的自我管理效能和希望水平,并分析两者之间的关系。结果乳腺癌患者的自我管理效能总分和希望水平总分分别为（84.94±21.59）分和（32.51±6.97）分,均处于中等水平;两者总分及各维度之间呈正相关关系（r=0.348~0.601,P〈0.01）。结论乳腺癌首次手术后化疗患者的自我效能与其希望水平之间相互影响,医护人员应重视对乳腺癌术后化疗患者的自我效能与希望水平,为该病的治疗、护理和健康教育提供理论依据。

Objective To investigate the level of self-efficacy and hope in patients with breast cancer during postoperative chemotherapy,and analyze the relationship between them. Methods Descriptive and correlative study was used and 127 breast cancer patients were investigated for their status of self-efficacy and hope with Strategies Used by Patients to Promote Health（SUPPH） and Herth Hope Index（HHI）. Results The total scores of SUPPH and HHI were 84.94±21.59 and 32.51±6.97 respectively,and both in middle level; There was significant correlation between the total and every dimension score of self-efficacy and hope in breast cancer patients（P0.01）. Conclusion The level of self-efficacy and hope may be related each other. Physicians and nurses should give important atten-tion to the level of self-efficacy and hope in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy,and provide theoretical foundation for treatment,caring and health education of breast cancer.
