摘要
介绍了聚α-烯烃(PAO)合成油基础油的结构组成与部分性质(黏温性能、低温性能、氧化安定性能、剪切性能)之间的关系。通过分析PAO合成油基础油的结构组成与物理、化学性质之间的联系,总结出何种分子结构赋予润滑油基础油优异性能,哪些组成是合成润滑油基础油的理想组分,从而优化生产工艺,高水平地得到目标组成结构产物,对于润滑油技术发展具有重要的指导意义。
The relationship between structural composition viscosity-temperature performance, oxidation stability, shear composition and its properties indicated which component was and its some chemical properties (low temperature performance, performance), was introduced. The relationship analysis between the lubricant base oil ideal component, which structural composition gave the excellent property of the lubricant base oil in order to optimize the production process and guild the manufacture get high level target structural composition products, and the future development of the lubricant base oil was nointed out.
