摘要
本研究采用Fenton法预处理实验室模拟苯胺废水,通过多因素实验研究,以苯胺去除率为考察对象,分析不同反应时间、p H、H_2O_2投加量和Fe^(2+)投加量等因素对苯胺去除率影响,探讨Fenton法预处理苯胺废水的较佳反应条件。实验结果表明,室温条件下,反应时间为2h,p H=3.0,30%分析纯的H_2O_2的投加量为1.5m L,0.5mol·L^(-1)的Fe SO4的投加量为2.5m L时,废水中苯胺去除率可以达到95%以上,减轻了后续生化处理的负荷。
The pretreatment of simulated aniline wastewater by Fenton process was studied in laboratory. With the removal rates of aniline as the study index, different reaction time, pH, H2O2 dosage and Fe^2+ dosage that influenced the removal rates of aniline were analyzed. The optimal reaction conditions of Fenton oxidation process for pretreatment of aniline wastewater were discussed. The Experimental results showed: with 2h reaction time, the pH was 3.0, and the dosage of 30% analysis of pure H2O2 1.5mL, 0.5mol/ L, FeSO4 2.5mL, the removal eficiency of aniline in wastewater could reach more than 95%, which may reduce the load for the following biochemical treatment..
